This Terms of Service applies to the website https://sayhippo.com. This website is referred to as “The Site”. The Site and Say Hippo are owned by Wilderness Visions, Inc. and managed by Spark Disk Technology.

These policies and procedures apply to all products and/or services from: Say Hippo Web APP and Say Hippo Website (https://sayhippo.com/)

Returns & Refunds

* All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

* Refunds and Money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only.

* Customers must contact our support department with their order information to request a refund.

* You have (30) days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.

* If we receive excessive or repeated refund requests from you, we reserve the right to add you to our “blacklist” to prevent future purchases of our products by you and we reserve the right to refuse your business at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary.

We also reserve the right to deny future refunds to you if we feel you are taking advantage of our refunds and money-back policy.

Characters Used – Free & Fair Use Policy

Your FREE Package Account license can generate up to 5,000 characters per month for free.

If you upgrade your account to any paid version, the limits on how many characters per month you can generate are noted on our sales page for each package.

This is free and fair use and if you use more characters than those noted for each account, then your account will be limited until the accounting cycle passes and then your account will be replenished allowing you the ability to create more characters, as per your account features.

To be able to keep Say Hippo TTS Service at a low and affordable price, and available for everyone who wishes to use the service, we must adhere to this strict policy of character generation limits, as described above.

If you reach the plan monthly character generation limit, you must wait until the current plan billing cycle gets reset automatically before you can create and generate more characters per month.
